I was a volunteer for IIHF and FIBA at various world and European championships.
What roles did you play in TBTT?
I was at different national team games where i was assigned in the hospitality department, i had to give vouchers to some of the stakeholders of the Federation.
Student
Through volunteering at FRF I managed to meet a lot of new people, from whom I also made some good friends, next to whom I had some great experiences. I learned how to work in a team and saw first hand the dynamics of a sporting event. Besides all this, I felt at ease, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming every time I participated in an event. I have also volunteered for other organizations and other events, but the volunteer team created by FRF is the most special group I have been a part of. There is a sense of community and everyone feels like a family, that's why I kept in touch with most volunteer colleagues.
I can't wait for a new event where I will be able to see my colleagues from TBTT again, and where I will learn and apply new skills.
